摘要：

基于对数字赋能产城融合的深入研究,创新性提出了数字产城融合的定义和特征,并深入分析了其作用机理,具体包括技术驱动机制、产业协同机制、空间重塑机制和资源调配机制。另外,探讨了数字产城融合面临的技术瓶颈、制度障碍、人才缺失和安全风险等现实挑战,并结合现有地方既有实践经验,提出了推进数字产城融合的对策建议。

Abstract:

Based on an in-depth study of digital empowerment in industry-city integration, this paper innovatively defines the concept and characteristics of digital industry-city integration. It also conducts a thorough analysis of its operational mechanisms, including the technology-driven mechanism, industry collaboration mechanism, spatial restructuring mechanism, and resource allocation mechanism. Furthermore, this paper explores the practical challenges faced by digital industry-city integration, such as technological bottlenecks, institutional barriers, talent shortages, and security risks. Drawing on existing local practical experiences, this paper puts forward countermeasures for promoting digital industry-city integration.
