摘要:

云视频会议应用对计算、存储以及网络资源存在海量需求,导致能源消耗显著。基于云视频会议系统能耗的特点进行分析,并从基础设施即服务、平台即服务、应用即服务层面以及视频会议应用的特点等方面提出优化策略。此外,提出一种能耗评价方案,以帮助企业衡量和优化能耗,并为相关研究和实践应用提供参考。

Abstract:

Cloud video conferencing applications have massive demands for computing, storage, and network resources, leading to significant energy consumption. This paper analyzes the characteristics of energy consumption in cloud video conferencing and proposes optimization strategies from the perspectives of infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and software as a service (SaaS) layers, as well as the features of video conferencing applications. Additionally, an energy consumption evaluation scheme is introduced to help enterprises to measure and optimize energy consumption, providing references for relevant research and practical applications.
