Abstract:
Urban safety monitoring and management constitutes a crucial component of resilient city construction. In recent years, China has made remarkable progress in the monitoring technology and application of resilient cities. However, the current monitoring method system is generally dominated by extensive management, which lacks the ability to conduct refined monitoring of urban underground resources. The urban monitoring system has not yet achieved multi-dimensional digital and intelligent monitoring, making it difficult to meet the demands of unified urban management. Based on this context, this article first discusses the standardization system construction and application promotion for strengthening resilient city development. Furthermore, relying on the existing optical cable network and combining the advantages of distributed optical fiber sensing automatic monitoring technology, this paper applies artificial intelligence algorithms to optimize the monitoring scheme for urban construction damage risks.
