Product certification reform with intelligent manufacturing and Industrial Internet

Abstract

Abstract: Product certification is committed to reducing systemic transaction costs, and its working model is formed in the industrial era of electrical automation, large-scale and standardized production. Under the general trend of the integration of the information communication industry and various manufacturing industries, how to exert the advantage of product certification has become a realistic and urgent issue with intelligent manufacturing and Industrial Internet. This paper reviews the development process of product certification, analyzes the development bottleneck, and analyzes the new characteristics of data-centric quality management with intelligent manufacturing and Industrial Internet. Afterwards, this paper proposes to reconstruct product certification working methods from data acquisition, data processing, and data application in the new industrial environment with data as the core, so as to achieve certification intelligence.
