Data security, a key to ensuring Industrial Internet as a crucial infrastructure, is also one of the decisive factors determining its future development. Focusing on its data life-cycle and the main risks and security technologies in each phase, this article describes the corresponding relations between different phases within the architecture of Industrial Internet, and the policies of deploying different security measures. For Industrial Internet, the correlation between the “time” of data security life-cycle and the “space” of each part of its architecture must be realized to provide a security guidance for administrations and enterprises.

Based on the functional advantages of the Industrial Internet and the application practice in this epidemic,proposal that the Industrial Internet can promote the integration of industy and financial capital for SMEs is proposed.This paper analyzes the ways in which Industrial Internet promotes the resumption of production of small and mediumsized enterprises through data aggregation, accurate docking, real-time monitoring, etc., and solves the problems of expensive financing, difficult financing, and long financing time.

However, the existing information islands could make information interaction much difficult,such as the heterogeneous data and information. In this paper, information model is built to achieve the cross-domain and multi-layer interoperability of Industrial Internet, meanwhile, the status and development trend are studied, as well as the development suggestions are obtained.

Industrial data fusion is an important way to break the information island and realize data exchange and information sharing. Industrial Internet identification can be used as an important medium for data association and fusion among different enterprises. The Industrial Internet identification is written into the UICC card to enable the capability of wide area networking. This paper proposes a data fusion model of Industrial Internet identification based on UICC to promote the transformation of traditional industrial enterprises to the intelligent manufacturing industry, to realize data fusion and information sharing among enterprises.

Identifier and resolution system of the Industrial Internet is the “neural hub” for coordination. Catastrophic damage to the whole Industrial Internet industry ecology may be caused if the identifier resolution system is attacked. Moreover, it may become a threat to national security. Therefore, security plays an important role in identifier resolution system. This paper analyses an innovative security risk model, which can help control risks from the root at the initial stage of Industrial Internet construction, provide guidance for related enterprises in the early design stage of identifier resolution system, and promote the sustainable development of the industrial identifier resolution system.

Through investigation, the paper analyzes the actual situation and difficulties of digital transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises. Product certification is committed to reducing systemic transaction costs, and its working model is formed in the industrial era of electrical automation, large-scale and standardized production. Under the general trend of the integration of the information communication industry and various manufacturing industries, how to exert the advantage of product certification has become a realistic and urgent issue with intelligent manufacturing and Industrial Internet. This paper reviews the development process of product certification, analyzes the development bottleneck, and analyzes the new characteristics of data-centric quality management with intelligent manufacturing and Industrial Internet. Afterwards, this paper proposes to reconstruct product certification working methods from data acquisition, data processing, and data application in the new industrial environment with data as the core, so as to achieve certification intelligence.

In order to promote the rapid development of Industrial Internet for intelligent factory, the research and application of edge intelligence technology have received widespread attention. To solve the problem of limited computing resources of edge nodes, this paper proposes an Industrial Internet framework based on edge intelligent collaboration and gives an edge intelligent collaborative computing task allocation and edge intelligent model lightweight method. Edge intelligent cooperative computing technology solved the contradiction between the computing power of a single edge node and the demand computing resources of massive applications in intelligence factory scenarios, which can reduce the deployment cost of edge intelligent technology and improve the deployment flexibility and scalability of Industrial Internet.

In order to realize the networked collaboration and intelligent production of all production factors, and solve the problems of collaborative design and production caused by different regions, different enterprises and different coding systems in the production process, as well as incomplete product traceability, the identifier resolution system based on Industrial Internet platform is designed. Different enterprises, orders, equipment, materials, production processes, products are registered and analyzed in real time on demand. The corresponding intelligent demonstration production line is designed to realize the whole process independent control in the personalized customization mode, and the digital twin and image recognition technology are integrated to test and verify the effectiveness of the system based on the Industrial Internet in heterogeneous production status.
