Abstract

Abstract: As a product of the integration of the real economy and emerging technologies, the Industrial Internet is one of the important breakthroughs for accelerating the commercial deployment of 5G. Based on the status quo of the 5G+ Industrial Internet industry, this article analyzes the patent layout from the perspectives of patent application trends, patent technology sources and layout target countries, patent legal status, and main applicants, and proposes development suggestions.
