Abstract: With the rapid development of digital economy, industrial Internet and enterprise digital transformation have become the focus of social development. Through digital transformation, manufacturing enterprises win the competition with higher cost efficiency. Industrial Internet is the most important infrastructure and development path to support the digital transformation of manufacturing industry, and it has become the necessary network environment and infrastructure for the intelligent manufacturing industry. In the future, in the process of manufacturing digital transformation, we should pay attention to the different characteristics of enterprises, design differentiation strategies and pay attention to the difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of digital transformation, so as to open up a digital transformation path for small and medium-sized enterprises.
