Abstract: China has entered the 5G commercial application era, and ICT technology spillovers are increasing. Telecom operators have ushered in a major opportunity to expand digital business in vertical industries. The industry digitization presents more complex cross-border competition. By analyzing the situation faced by the domestic operators while expanding business in medical, education, finance and retail, studying the experience and practices of International telecom operators, this article gives suggestions for Chinese operators to deploy industrial digital services.
