Abstract:

As a critical support platform for the industrial green and low-carbon transformation, industrial parks play an essential role in driving the achievement of dual carbon goals and addressing international green trade barriers. The product carbon footprint serves as a quantitative tool for measuring greenhouse gas emissions throughout the product lifecycle, providing a scientific basis for identifying and prioritizing links with significant emission reduction potential within industrial parks. In response to the inadequacies in data sharing and traceability mechanisms, a comprehensive framework and four-step implementation strategy based on the integration of identity resolution and blockchain technology for product carbon footprint in the park have been proposed. This includes a six-layer core technology architecture along with a proposed roadmap for future advancement. This approach has the potential to comprehensively enhance foundational capabilities for green development of industrial parks.
