Abstract:

The “city brain” has increasingly become a new hotspot in research on smart cities, helping to improve the intelligence level of cities, but the construction of smart cities still needs further improvement. With the vigorous development of new technologies such as new-generation Artificial Intelligence (AI), simulation modeling and business intelligence, sustainable business models and operation models are taken as the principles. AI capabilities are universalized throughout the life cycle of the city, and all aspects of the city are deeply integrated and coordinated. All those will deeply affect the construction planning and governance mode of the city and form the intelligent decision-making of urban operation and management. Cities can further evolve into intelligent, open and evolving ecology, so cities of the future are no longer out of reach.
