Promoting marketization of data elements with data trust

Abstract:

As a breakthrough technology, data trust provides a new way to solve the problem of data security and management. At present, there are two types of data trust models in the world, namely, the information fiduciaries model and the third party trust model. Those two models have different advantages and disadvantages. By learning the advanced experience of data trust, China has also made some attempts to localize data trust, and achieved certain results. On this basis, in the context of promoting marketization of data elements, through the analysis of data authorization, data element circulation, data income distribution, data security and other aspects, this paper discusses how data trust can help to promote marketization of data elements.
