Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation of small and medium banks in China

Abstract:

Taking 38 listed banks as the analysis samples, the paper uses text mining technology to read the digital and intelligent behaviors of sample banks in the past decade. On this basis, it summarizes the key business areas of current digital transformation of small and medium-sized banks, summarizes the advantages of integrating AI with digital transformation of small and medium-sized banks, and puts forward targeted suggestions on relying on AI to achieve digital transformation of small and medium-sized banks.
