Abstract:
Faced with the new characteristics and complex situation of telecom and network fraud, in order to effectively prevent and combat telecom and network fraud, on the basis of comprehensively sorting out the current situation and technical characteristics of telecom and network fraud, focusing on the three urgent technical needs of “tracking and tracing, finding clues, and early warning and blocking”, combined with the information and communication industry advantages, this paper puts forward the “2+3+2+2” anti-fraud technology system, and discusses the technical anti-fraud work in the information and communication industry.
