Abstract: As a priority action field for countries to promote economic development and industrial change, broadband network is an important engine to drive the development of digital economy. At present, with the deepening of the global economic and social digital transformation, the development of broadband network ushers in a new round of opportunities. This paper introduces the progress and achievements of broadband network development in China during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, analyzes the development trends during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, and puts forward some measures and suggestions to promote the further development of broadband network.
