Abstract: This paper analyzes the carbon neutral development policies and plans of major countries and international internet companies, studies the path for Chinese internet companies to achieve carbon neutrality goals, and explores how the digital economy can promote the industrial chain and value chain to achieve carbon neutrality. Finally, it proposes policy recommendations such as learning from the carbon neutral development experience of international internet companies, repositioning data centers, using internet platforms as the starting point, and establishing industry alliances.
