Abstract

Abstract: First, introduce the current integration of 5G and smart city. Then analyze the 5G+ smart city patent situation at home and abroad from the perspectives of application trends, geographical distribution, and technical fields. Finally, it is suggested that the main body of patent application and management in my country should focus on improving the patent quality system, optimizing the layout of technical fields, and strengthening the deep integration of patents and industry in the field of 5G+ smart city.
