How to build smart city for China􀆳s small cities

Abstract

Abstract: Based on China Unicom􀆳s smart city project practices and our understanding of the development trend of China􀆳s smart city, this paper focuses on the demand of the sinking construction of new smart city, and discusses about the difference demands between the big city and the small city, then gives suggestions on the smart city promotion of lovcal small cities for the government.
