Abstract: In view of the development trend of Internet of Vehicles (IoV) under transportation and new infrastructure constructions, this paper presents development directions of intelligent IoV system from the perspectives of intelligent terminal, communication, edge service, cloud management and control. Then, it discusses the issues and corresponding solutions in massive data processing, communication and computing cooperation, edge service security,large-scale testing and verification in the development of intelligent IoV system.
