Abstract: With the development of information technologies and new industrial revolution, digital economy has become the core driving force of economic development.Digital divide in poverty areas, which is caused by relatively underdeveloped infrastructure and insufficient digital skills, is becoming increasingly prominent.In this paper, it figures out that the digital divide has become one of the most important factors that prevent the poor from sharing the dividend of technological progress and setting out on a road to prosperity.Therefore, it is an effective way to help the poor get rid of poverty by improving their digital skills and accelerating the digitalization of poor areas.
