Abstract: Government service is of great importance to government governance, national governance system, and modernization of national governance capabilities.This paper reviews the development process of government hotline as a public service platform, analyses the positioning and basic framework of government hotline in the modernization of national governance capacity, discusses the development directions and innovative applications, and puts forward suggestions for future development.
