Abstract: The development of the digital economy in Inner Mongolia is in infancy, with many advantages such as geographic location, energy, policy, and some constraints in terms of talents and industrial ecology. To promote the development of the digital economy, it is necessary to clarify the positioning and path, improve innovation and integration of data resources, and optimize the environment.
