The impact and the countermeasures of Artificial Intelligence on the governance of Telecom Network Fraud

Abstract

Abstract: The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence technology has provided new opportunities to promote the intelligent and precise governance of Telecom Network Fraud, at the same time it was also used maliciously by fraudsters which has brought new challenges to governance. This article systematically sorted out the application of Artificial Intelligence technology in the governance of Telecom Network Fraud, analyzed the challenges brought about by its improper use for governance, and proposed suggestion on the basis of summarizing domestic and foreign governance measures.
