Abstract: The strategic position of industrial data is becoming more and more prominent. Data governance is an important tool to promote the sharing and exchange of data. In this paper, we identify the problems and challenges we are facing in industrial data governance, and analyze the best practice in this area by EU, Germany and relevant enterprises. At last, we promote the suggests for the following three aspects, the top-down system design, implementation, and data sharing and exchange based on the reality of China.
