Abstract:

Affected by the COVID-19, in the short term, Internet service platforms such as online travel, online tourism, catering and food delivery are facing problems such as a sharp decline in revenue, intensified operating risks, and difficulty in employment. After the COVID-19 is over, the online service industry may still be negatively affected by merchant cash flow crises and severe market expectations. Some industries may take longer to recover. At the same time, the epidemic will accelerate the transfer of offline business traffic to online, innovate convergence application scenarios, and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional service industries.
