Abstract: With the advancement of information and communication technology, digitalization is one of the stages of enterprise evolution. In the context of the digital economy, digital enterprise cases continue to emerge. At present,most of them are in the process of moving from the primary stage to the intermediate stage. The three applications of cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence are the most important in technology applications. On the scale,the development of large, medium and small enterprises has its own characteristics. In the industry, typical industries such as the large-scale steel industry of raw materials, equipment machinery, consumer electronics, and retail have shown some typical laws. According to the current status and problems of the development of digital enterprises, it is recommended to promote the digital transformation of enterprises from three perspectives: government, industry and enterprise.
