Research on the data value evaluation methods

Abstract

Abstract: With the increasing maturity of digital technology, the boundaries of data application scenarios continue to expand, the ability to monetize data is gradually enhanced, and the multiplier effect of data elements on economic and social development is increasingly prominent. Based on market and non-market perspectives, this article analyzes the economic and social values of data elements, explores the influencing factors of data elements, and conducts a forwardlooking analysis of existing data element value assessment methods to establish a data value assessment framework for China in the future, and improve the data element market system to provide development ideas and policy recommendations.
