The trend of IoT equipments safety supervision and its enlightment from the“SB-327 Information Privacy: Connected Devices”

Abstract

Abstract: As the first IoT equipment security legislation in the United States,“SB-327 Information Privacy: Connected Devices”will have some enlightenment on the safety supervision of Internet of Things equipment in China. Based on the analysis of the challenges and experiences faced by the security supervision of Internet of Things equipment in the United States, this paper summarizes and refines the safety supervision suggestions for Internet of Things equipment in China.
