Abstract: Digital transformation reflects the insight and courage of an organization in the face of great changes in the external business environment. It needs corporate culture to comprehensively promote, technical ecology to support and customer service to be fundamental. Faced with digital transformation, companies only have the right to choose how to start, but not the right to choose to do or not to do. This paper explains digitization and digitization transformation, analyzes the importance and pain points of digitization transformation, and gives some suggestions on digitization transformation of domestic securities and funds industry.
