Abstract: In recent years, commplaints about the billing of mobile packet data services have emerged in an endless stream, which has caused a large- scale public concern in the whole society. Mobile packet data service billing testing can improve the billing accuracy of telecom enterprises and ensure the legitimate interests of consumers. Taking the LTE mobile packet data network as an example, this paper introduces the mobile packet data service charging testing technology and analyzes the problems found in the testing cases.
