Abstract: Large enterprises can open the R&D design capability, production capacity and incubation capacity to small and medium-sized enterprises by building an“double-creative”platform for manufacturing. It can effectively promote the integration of innovation and entrepreneurial resources among enterprises, and deepen the development of large and medium-sized enterprises. It is an important measure to promote the transformation and development of China’s manufacturing industry and promote China’s manufacturing power. However, it has problems such as insufficient openness of resources, weak protection of intellectual property rights, and low level of enterprise informationization. So, we should introduce policies to improve the enthusiasm of large enterprises to build platforms, improve intellectual property protection mechanisms, and enhance intellectual property cooperation capabilities,and to ensure the healthy development of large enterprises’“Entrepreneurship & Innovation”platform.
