Abstract: The integrating of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”and the industrial upgrading is an important direction of the“Upgraded version of mass innovation and entrepreneurship”. As the main battlefield of the real economy, the transformation and innovation of manufacturing industry is of great significance to the high- quality development of China’s economy. Industrial Internet, as the key integrated information infrastructure for the development of industrial intelligence, is an important starting point for the upgrading and development of manu facturing industry. The industrial Internet promotes innovation R&D design patterns of manufacturing industry to realize personalized customization, innovates production mode to realize intelligent production, and innovates business model to realize service extension, promotes innovation and manufacturing ecosystems, and promotes the synergetic development between large enterprise and small-middle enterprise.
