Abstract: The Internet industry management mainly undertakes network capabilities, network order and security supervision, and provides network foundation and“trust”supply for digital economic activities. It is different from other departments' financial, medical, news and other application supervision, which is the basis of the Internet supervision system. This paper proposes rules for the division of Internet industry management and Internet application supervision.It is considered that the services provided by the website and the relying website should be distinguished, and the information exchange and the services provided by the website should be distinguished.
