Abstract: With the upsurge of block chain technology development, the patent application of block chain technology has also increased rapidly. However, the number of patents is not enough to judge the quality of the patent. Is the patents of the domestic block chain enterprises enough to resist foreign aggression？Can the Chinese innovation team surpass the tranditional big company?How about the competition between Chinese block chain enterprises? Through the study of the layout of the global block chain patents,wehope to provide a reference for the technology research and development of Chinese block chain enterprises and the industrial development planning.
