Abstract: EU General Data Protection Regulation provides a systematic and comprehensive regulations about the rights of data subject, which also includes exceptions of those rights. This article means to explore the value consideration of these exceptions through the profiling and analysis of rights of data subject in GDPR to give references to the legislations and legal practices of personal information protection in China.
