Abstract: Now all the telecom operators have presented the object and plan on the network reconstitution. The telecom network is evolving towards SDN/NFV. The core of design on traditional telecom network is changed from CO to DC. This paper analyses the driving factors on the deployment of telecom network DC and presents the hierarchical network architecture, setting principles, steps andmethodabout theDCreconstitution of telecom equipment room.
