Abstract: NPE has a high risk of infringement in the United States and still needs to be vigilant. NPE litigation has been transferred to Europe, and German courts have become the preferred infringement litigation battlefield outside the United States, there is a greater risk in the future. China is likely to become a new target country for NPE. NPE will enter China, but there will be no short-term growth.
