Abstract: In recent years, in the process of developing in overseas business through various forms such as investment and mergers and acquisitions, Chinese Internet enterprises have encountered a certain number of intellectual property litigations. The issue of intellectual property litigation has become an important and difficult problem to circumvent in business development. This paper conducts an in-depth study of intellectual property litigation cases of major Chinese Internet enterprises in the United States, in order to reveal the status quo and characteristics of intellectual property litigation in the United States, and propose corresponding litigation risk response suggestions.
