Abstract:

In the process of digital transformation across urban areas, data, as a core foundational resource and innovation driver, is becoming increasingly important. To build a systematic government data architecture system, improve the data element empowerment system, and promote the development and utilization of data resources, providing solid support for the digital transformation of urban areas, this paper analyzes the connotations and extensions of the government data element empowerment system and proposes a government data architecture system oriented towards the digital transformation of megacities. The design unfolds from four dimensions: organizational support, mechanism support, data architecture, and security assurance, forming a comprehensive government data architecture system that covers the entire process of government data element empowerment. The aim is to provide valuable references for the design of government data architecture systems and to advance the digital transformation of urban areas.
