Secondly, the construction ideas of the five dimensions are clarified. Thirdly, the development suggestions of “classified policy implementation, characteristic leadership, and ecological collaboration” for digital twin cities are proposed, providing useful references for the managers, builders, and operators of digital twin cities, and helping to achieve high-quality construction and sustainable development of digital twin cities.
