Abstract:

The development of digital twin technology has injected strong new impetus into urban development and comprehensively enhanced the overall capacity of cities to respond to disasters. Based on the research achievements of domestic and foreign academic circles, this paper systematically sorts out the practical paths of digital twin in enhancing the resilience of cities in various scenarios from three key stages: pre-disaster prevention, mid-disaster response, and post-disaster recovery. Through the analysis of case studies in scenarios such as accident disasters, natural disasters, social disasters, economic risks, and technological risks, it deeply analyzes the application value and experience of digital twin technology in different resilient urban scenarios. From the dimensions of concept, technology, scenario, and policy, it constructs the realization path of digital twin technology empowering resilient cities, providing theoretical and practical references for enhancing urban resilience and improving urban governance through digital twin technology, and promoting the construction of resilient cities to a new height.
