Abstract:

Based on the important role of green supply chain management in the information and communications industry, this paper focuses on research of green supply chain management in view of the dilemmas and challenges of green supply chain management in China’s information and communications industry. It first builds a green supply chain management system, and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from different perspectives in order to overcome industrial coordination problems, technological innovation bottlenecks, and policy implementation obstacles. This provides theoretical support and practical reference for promoting the optimization of green supply chain management in China’s information and communications industry.
