Abstract:

This paper explores the green development trends and key technologies of Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) cloud computing, analyzing challenges such as high power consumption of domestic servers, limited energy-saving technologies, and outdated data center infrastructure. To address these problems, solutions including green low-carbon equipment, efficient cooling design, intelligent energy consumption management, and liquid cooling technology are proposed to enhance energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions. NFV cloud computing must further optimize energy management and drive deep adoption of green technologies to support emerging technologies such as 6G and AI while contributing to national dual carbon goals.

Key words: NFV, cloud computing, green and low-carbon
