SLA指标	定义
网络可用度	产品在规定的条件下和规定的时间内,完成规定功能的能力(来源:GJB451-90、IEC61907)
用户速率 (UL/DL)	获得足够质量体验所需的最低数据速率,广播类业务的情况除外(其给定的值是所需的最大值)(来源:3GPP TS 22.261/22.104)
时延	端到端时延:在通信接口处测量的,从源点处传输到目的地成功接收所花费的时间(来源:3GPP TS 22.261)
包可靠	在网络层数据包传输的上下文中,在目标业务所需的时间约束内成功传送到给定系统实体的网络层数据包的数量除以已发送的网络层数据包总数的百分比值(来源:3GPP TS 22.261)
定位准确度	定位准确度:描述UE测量位置与真实位置值的接近程度(来源:TR 22.872)
授时精度	本定义参考3GPP中Clock Synchronicity定义如下:主时钟和任何单个UE时钟之间同步域内允许的最大时间偏差(来源:3GPP TS 22.104)
网络安全	保障在网络中传输、交换和存储的信息的机密性、完整性,不被未经授权的篡改、泄露和破坏;同时,保障系统连续可靠地运行,不中断的提供连续通信服务
隔离度	租户业务需求对资源的隔离要求。“不共享”指租户要求切片资源完全隔离,租户业务与其它业务不能共享同一个NSI。“共享”指租户对资源的隔离没有强制要求,运营商/企业可以按自有部署策略来满足切片SLA
可视	企业可以监控和查看切片相关的各种信息
可管	企业可以进行业务管理,如切片业务开通、UE管理、业务策略等
可运营	企业通过网络能力开放API,自行实现上述所有运营能力
