Abstract:

In the information and communication industry, individuals and family services are fully developed, political and business work become new profit points. The research of political enterprises has a wide range, but the depth, technology and theory are insufficient. China’s “14th Five-Year Plan” proposes “building smart city” “building digital twin city” “accelerating digital social construction”, which indicates the future direction. This article discusses the differences and limitations of researches of government, enterprises and universities, seeks development target and possibilities, analyzes its main trend, and builds a systematic research framework.
