Research on terminal security issues in massive machine
type communication scenarios

Abstract

Abstract: Massive Machine Type Communication ( mMTC ), as one of the three application scenarios of 5G communication, will become an important part of supporting the Internet of Things and ubiquitous networks. It is of great significance to study the security of 5G mMTC scenarios. This article mainly studies the security problems faced by terminal devices in the 5G mMTC scenario. Firstly, we introduce several main business scenarios and terminal device types of 5G mMTC. Secondly, we analyze the security risks and challenges faced by terminal devices in the 5G mMTC business scenario. Finally, we discuss the key technologies of terminal equipment safety in the 5G mMTC scenario.
