Abstract: This paper introduces 5G security regulatory laws and guidance of EU in detail, and sorts out series of measures and promotion paths for 5G security regulatory work of EU. At last, this paper analyzes and interprets the EU’s current measures in 5G security in the aspects of regulatory mode, promotion mechanism and supply chain security. EU’s practices can be learnt to promote 5G security regulatory mode and ensure 5G network developing in a healthy way in China.
