Research on the ethical risk and governance system of Artificial Intelligence in the digital economy era

Abstract

Abstract: With the innovation of machine learning algorithms, the accumulation of massive data, and the improvement of calculate ability, the new round of Artificial Intelligence ( AI) development is coming. While AI technology improves people's lives, it also triggers a series of social ethical risks and brings new social governance challenges. The paper combs and analyzes the progress and characteristics of AI governance in important countries around the world.The paper also suggests building a complete AI governance system from three aspects of governance models,governance methods, and governance evaluation. At last, the paper makes several relevant policy recommendations on how to construct AI governance system.
