    • In recent years, the development of information technology has advanced by leaps and bounds. The application of information technology is further affecting the direction of human society development, leading, supporting and serving the development and changes of society. Information and communication networks are also moving from fixed networks to mobile networks, from terrestrial, surface, and spatially isolated networks to the heaven and earth fusion network. The heaven and earth fusion network extends human activities to a major information infrastructure in space, the distant sea and even deep space. It realizes the deep integration of space-based network and ground-based network, based on information transmission and exchange, processing and application as the core, and supports future space exploration and development.The heaven and earth fusion network adapts to the needs of economic and social development mode transformation and information technology development, and is the focus, focus and direction of information technology, information industry,information network and information development. In this context, this paper first analyzes the development history of the satellite standard for the integration of the heavens and the earth, studies the system architecture of the heaven and earth fusion standards in each major standard organization system, and then analyzes the existing standard achievements and their main research contents. Finally, the subsequent development direction and research content of satellite communication standards in the heaven and earth fusion network are discussed, and corresponding development suggestions are given.

    • 5G completed the first phase of functional standardization work, and the independent and non- independent networking NR standards have been finished. In the evolving 5G process, satellite communication technology provides a powerful solution for 90%of regional and application scenarios.Achieving 5Gsatellite architecture requires further standardization to fully exploit the advantages of multiple networks, making the entire system adaptable, flexible and dynamic. China has already reached the world’s advanced level in the key technologies of ground 5G. But China has just started in the standardization of 5Gsatellite technology. Starting from the standardization process of 5Gsatellites at nation and abroad, this paper focuses on the content and direction of 5G satellite standardization. This paper proposes organizational and development suggestions that are compatible with China's development status.The research content mainly includes the development process of 5G satellite standardization at home and abroad, the current 5G satellite standardization content and development trend, domestic organization form and development suggestions.

    • In recent years, the rapid development of global satellite communication networks and the seamless integration of satellite communication networks with terrestrial communication networks have become the focus of attention. In this paper, a satellite network architecture based on mobile edge computing (MEC) is proposed which combine with the current development of the integration of satellite networks and terrestrial networks. First, we analyzed the applicability of MEC in satellite network, and then proposed the satellite network architecture based onMECon the basis of 5Gnetwork architecture based on service By adoptingMECtechnology in the satellite network, network performance can be improved, time delay due to longdistance propagation of satellite networks can be reduced, user experience can be enhanced, and satellite network developmentcan be promoted.

    • With the widespread application of new information communication technologies such as mobile Internet, Internet of Things, and Artificial Intelligence, autonomous driving has become a major direction in the transportation industry evolution. As anew thing, it has brought some obvious impacts on the existing regulatory systems. In recent years, the United States, European Union and Japan have accelerated the pace of innovation in the supply of regulatory policies, helping enterprises and industry to launchAVs as soon as possible.At present, China has advantages in market demand, network deployment and industrial innovation ,and has adopted intelligent connected cars as the route to develop automatic driving. However, a series of supporting policies such as vehicle standards, rules of data sharing and other aspects need to be followed up.We recommended to stick to the route of intelligent connected cars and speed up the formulation of common demand standards, open public road testing, promote the construction of transportation infrastructure, and gradually promote the adjustment of supervision system and legislation in order to create an open, inclusive, safe and orderly institutional environment.

    • Automated driving is the ultimate direction of intelligent car development. Lidar, camera, millimeter wave radar, ultrasonic sensing and other sensors are the hardware foundation for automatic driving. China’s automotive sensor technology industry still has a lot of room for improvement. Laser diodes, avalanche diodes, high-endCMOSimage sensor chips, DSP chips, 77GHz radar and other core components are highly dependent on foreign countries.Key supporting technologies such as automation design, test simulation, and software algorithms still need further breakthrough. In the future, we should start from the aspects of sensor design and manufacturing technology research, multi-sensor fusion, perfect industrial chain layout, and strengthen industrial synergy to improve the competitiveness of China’s self-driving automotive sensor industry.

    • The market prospect and violent computing features of artificial Intelligence are driving the new demand for the technology innovation and market expansion of the chips, which promotes the artificial intelligence chips to become a new focus of global competitions in the integrated circuits fields.At present, the artificial intelligence chips demonstrate a development trend of multi-path technology. The international giants represented by NVIDIA, Intel and Google have accelerated the research and development of the artificial intelligence chips to seize the market opportunities initially; Chinese enterprises have quickly followed up and made some progress in partial fields, but the weak foundation of the domestic integrated circuit industry may restrict the innovation and development of artificial intelligence chips.
