Abstract: At present, the supply capacity of safety emergency equipment in China is gradually enhanced, and the application effect is remarkable. However, in the face of the growing demand for risk prevention and emergency disposal, there are still three major problems in the links of supply and demand: total imbalance, structural imbalance, and imbalance in key areas. It is necessary to strengthen the top-level design, promote the connection of supply and demand, and strengthen the effective supply capacity to promote the empowerment of new generation information technology, optimize the supply structure, promote collaborative innovation and improve the public service system to meet the needs of disaster prevention, mitigation, disaster resistance, and disaster relief capacity building.
