Abstract: At present, big data is booming. International telecommunication operators have taken the lead in the development of big data. By analyzing how operators use the internal and external data, developing big data, tracking the latest application dynamics of international operators, and summarizing the main reasons for international operators to develop big data. Characteristics, from the aspects of development model, domain selection, organization structure, cooperation model and so on, to propose suggestions for domestic operatorsonhowto develop big data service.
